    Yes, but, it takes less than a minute to create an account. With an account shopping becomes easy - faster checkouts, saved addresses, custom wishlist, order history, and you enjoy preview access to the newest collection!

  • How to place bulk orders?

    You can WhatsApp or call us on 07737616755 for bulk orders above 10 hampers and we will reach out to you!

  • How do I know that my order has been confirmed?

    Once you place an order and make the payment, we will send you a confirmation on your registered email address or your registered mobile number.

  • Can I add personalised message to my Gift?

    The blend of our cards and your messages are sure to make your loved ones smile. To add a personalized message, simply choose a card style and write your message within the character limit. We love to write these messages down for you.

  • I want to pay in cash. What can I do?

    Sorry but currently we are not accepting Cash on Delivery for orders.

  • I have received damaged articles in my hamper. What should I do?

    We always make sure that our hampers and products are in the best condition before we send them out for delivery. The packaging makes sure it reaches without damage. However, if you receive a hamper article that is damaged or incorrect, you can call us on +91-77376-16755 or email us at info@fundooz.in within 3 hours of delivery.

  • Some articles were missing from my package. What should I do?

    Before dispatch vigorous quality check is conducted but if there are missing some items, you can call us or email us on info@fundooz.in within 3 hours of delivery with the pictures of package received.

  • Do you provide international shipping?

    Yes, international shipping is available. Please WhatsApp us on +91-77376-16755 in case you wish to ship internationally. International shipping is expensive, and we have to charge for that. Shipping rates vary from country to country.

  • How can apply for return/ replacement of my order?

    Fundooz does not normally accept any returns/replacements of products that are bought through our website.

  • I want to cancel my order. How should I proceed?

    No cancellations are available for Personalized Gifts in any case and Cancellations on Non-Personalized Gifts cannot be done once the gift has been dispatched/packed. In case of Cancellation, 35% charge will be applicable in regular days or 50% on occasional days like Valentine , Mother's Day , Rakhi , Diwali etc.
