Returns and Cancellation


  • Fundooz does not normally in accept returns/replacements of products that are bought through our website.
  • However, in case there is a relevant requirement to return the items purchased through the Website such as for damaged products or receive wrong product otherwise, you may raise a request for Returns by writing to us at info@fundooz.in with all relevant details as indicated herein. Any request for return or replacement will only be entertained if received by Us within 3 hours after the delivery has been made.
  • In case, Fundooz agrees to Replace the Product, the Product which you are returning is replaced with a product that is of the same description as the original product ordered by you, subject to the availability of the Stocks.
  • Please note, no refunds will be made in any case. We will happily replace your gift if there’s any issue of damage.
  • For processing of Replacements, the following details will be checked by Us or our agents :
    • A Photograph of the products you wish to Replace.
    • Invoice which was billed to you on the sales of the Products
    • The Original Products sold to You are returned unused, unaltered, undented, unscratched or otherwise damaged.
    • Original Packaging/ Box of the Products
    • Products tags, MRP label and any other product ancillaries are undetached from the products and are returned as-is
  • In case we deem that there are quality issues with the products that are requested to be replacement by you, we or our agents reserve the right to reject the replacement or return request and not accept Returns of the Products.
  • No cancellations are available for Personalized Gifts in any case.
  • No Cancellations on Non-Personalized Gifts can be done once the gift has been dispatched/packed.
  • In case of Cancellation, 35% charge will be applicable in regular days or 50% on occasional days like Valentine’s, Mother's Day , Rakhi , Diwali etc...
  • A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
  • Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
  • Any extra amount credited to Fundooz account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
  • In all matters concerning Cancellation and Refund/Replacement Fundooz shall have the deciding hand.
  • Fundooz may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.
