  • The order shall be processed once the payment is received and acknowledged.
  • The customer has to ensure the correctness of the data provided in all respects. We will be solely relying on the delivery information provided by the customer on the Website.
  • Orders that are received before 2:00 pm on a business day, would be scheduled for shipping on the next working day. The orders that are received post 2:00 pm on a business day, would be scheduled for shipping after 24-48 working hours.
  • No order would be dispatched on Sundays, as it is a weekly off for the courier companies. 
  • The last-mile delivery is not in our direct control, and we have partnered with the best service providers to ensure timely delivery of your order.
  • In case of any delays due to unseen circumstances like bad weather, political disruptions, pandemic, etc, the committed delivery timelines will vary. 
  • In case of delay in delivery, we will reach out to the customer updating him/her about the reason and update on delivery.
  • You will receive an 'Out for Delivery' Email notification on the day of delivery.
  • In cases where the shipment is returned to us by the courier company due to wrong address/recipient's unavailability, the customer would be liable to bear the shipping charges for movement of the order. In that case two-way shipping charges will be applicable.
  • We will not be responsible for the loss of the package if the address provided is wrong or incomplete. In case of any dispute on shipping, we will provide proof of delivery to the customer.
  • During the peak season, orders are processed on first come first serve basis, delivery areas and other local conditions. we are unable to guarantee an exact date/time of delivery due to extreme rush. Few deliveries might get delayed by a day.
  • In an extremely rare scenario where parcel is marked as delivered, but it hasn’t been received, we understand that it can happen due to a mistake by the delivery executive. In such cases, please do check with the security guard/office or any similar place where the executive may have kept the parcel. If not, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the parcel being marked as delivered by the courier company. Courier companies don’t accept such requests after 2 days and hence, we won’t be able to get a complaint raised with them after 2 days.
